Great to have the trains running from Gorebridge again, and I can only agree with a previous reviewer who said it would be lovely to have the old station house back in use again too. I believe the local community development trust has been looking into this, and it would be wonderful if it could be used for something - a cafe, perhaps? You can't help but feel a bit embarrassed if visitors get off the train and ask where they can get a cuppa or a bite to eat locally, as there really isn't anywhere now.
while its great to see that station reopened and the line running to Edinburgh and Galashiels, its a bit of a shame the old station building isn't being used. Perhaps soon?It's a bigger shame that the trains aren't always on time :(And why doesn't the local bus service link better with the train service, although that's a comment that applies to a lot of public transport. Again maybe in the future.Also good to see ev charging points
